Kuźnia Polska S.A. has a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the technological specification ISO/TS 16949:2002, certified by TÜV Rheinland, Germany. The system has been certified for conformity with ISO standards since 1995; we were one of the first Polish companies to be awarded such certification.

Additionally, we hold conformity certification for the Quality Management System according to Directive 97/23/EG, which attests that production and monitoring of forgings used in pressure equipment are in accordance with the requirements of this directive. Continuous improvements in our Quality Management System, which is an essential prerequisite demanded by the automotive industry, guarantee that our end products meet and even exceed our clients' requirements and comply with regulations and common standards.

In order to avoid any problems that may potentially arise we apply the Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) from the design stage of the production process onwards.

Throughout the production process products are monitored according to inspection plans that have been prepared for each of the products, using the Statistical Process Control (SPC). The effectiveness of the monitoring is further verified by audits of processes and products. To ensure a high degree of quality control and to resolve any issues affecting the quality of the products, we employ the 8D method.

We care about the environment and in line with the global trend towards sustainable development, we have decided to apply an Environmental Management System that is in accordance with the requirements of the EN ISO 14001:2004 standard.

The ISO 14001 certification will be a guarantee and reassurance for our clients that we have passed all operating permits required by law and that our operational procedures are environmentally-friendly without any emission of harmful substances into the environment.
